Sanofi Opens New Innovative Office in Morristown, New Jersey
Sanofi officially opened its new state-of-the-art office in downtown Morristown, New Jersey, bringing together nearly 2,000 employees in a collaborative, sustainable workspace. Sanofi CEO Paul Hudson, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, and Morristown Mayor Tim Dougherty led the ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside community leaders and Sanofi executives.

"Our people are our biggest asset and providing them with a cutting-edge workplace experience is key to help them thrive and do their best work. These flagship offices are designed to inspire creativity, collaboration and innovation — all in service of patients." Governor Murphy praised the facility as " a significant vote of confidence in New Jersey's thriving innovation economy."

The 260,000-square-foot facility represents Sanofi's vision for a science-driven, best-in-class workplace. The thoughtfully designed facility features flexible workspaces, digitally enabled smart design, and best-in-class amenities, including wellness rooms with Pelotons, a restaurant open to the public, and the largest outdoor terrace space in New Jersey.
Designed with sustainability at its core, the building will be LEED Gold Certified and uses 28% less energy than standard offices and reduces greenhouse gas emissions by over 24%. Employees enjoy fully subsidized public transportation, Wi-Fi-enabled shuttles, on-site electric vehicle chargers, and close proximity to Morristown's diverse dining, fitness, and cultural offerings.
